We travelled all the way from Vancouver for our appointment, only to be told by the receptionist that we had never confirmed it and that she didn’t recall our phone call. On the phone, she failed to provide all the necessary information such as charging $300 for just half hour consultation and later putting the blame on us that we didn’t call and confirm. Also, as we were leaving, she slammed the door on us making her very unprofessional at her job.
This was all very frustrating, especially given the time and effort we spent to come here. Based on other reviews, I’m sure the lawyer is highly capable, but the receptionist needs to be much more attentive and professional in her role.
